In my view, it is not as easy as it sounds in the article. There several factors not taken into account.

1: What about bonding. between employees. Face value again an important factor in this. Trust comes when employees get along with other employees.

2: If we specifically take software engineering in account then several things can’t be done from home. Like debug issues along with QA.

3: Security is again a big concern while working from home. As we know data security is a myth.
